Sometimes people don't save the entire set of forms and worksheets. Or retain the ability to open the original TurboTax file with that year's program. The PIN is located there, but you have to remember to save or print a PDF of ALL FORMS AND WORKSHEETS. There is an answer further up the thread that makes reference to page 4 of the Federal Information Worksheet. The whole point of the PIN was so that it is a separate 'key' to associate with the return, keeping it 'personal'. This happened to me many years ago in the program. ![]() I'm sorry to have bad new on that, but that has been my experience. This may not be of help to you, but to specifically answer your question, if you did not take a screen shot of the PIN page, or write it down, you may not have access to your PIN.
